The National Council on Prices and Reimbursement of Medicinal Products is an obliged entity to ensure access to public information pursuant to Art. 3 of the Access to Public Information Act.
Every citizen or legal entity has the right to submit an application for providing access to public information/request for providing information from the public sector for reuse, created and stored in the NCPR. The application/request for information can be written or oral. To exercise the right of access to public information, a written application must be submitted, according to Appendix No. 1. To exercise the right of access to public information for reuse, a written request must be submitted, according to Appendix No. 1А.

In case the application is submitted orally, the applicant fills out Appendix No. 2.
The Application/Request must state:
1. The three names of the applicant, respectively the name and seat of the applicant; description of the requested information;
2. The preferred form of providing access to the requested information;
3. Address for correspondence with the applicant.

A place to review and read the information provided
The review of information by viewing originals or copies under Art. 26, para. 1, item 1 of the Access to Public Information Act is carried out at the designated appropriate place for reading the provided information - the meeting room of the National Council.
